At Gorillaoutfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gorillaoutfit account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of any signs of gym use or wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
